Based on our experience, it’s unlikely you will have time to see the real benefits of a coach unless you commit to at least a couple of months. As we have a reputation for excellent results to protect, we can’t take applicants who are unsure they want to commit to developing a real coach-client relationship.

Online Coaching is VERY different to an online programme. The latter offers no ongoing support or assistance.
