Hybrid: The best of both worlds.
Stage 1 - Understand
It's difficult to get anywhere if you don't know where you're starting from. That is why this is a critical step when deciding what the path should be. Once we establish and understand your needs and goals, we can move forward towards your success.
Stage 4 - Action
When you’re looking to change something in your life let motivation inspire you, but don’t expect it to stick around, focus on building disciplined actions. Our philosophy is all about practice and not perfection. So take positive action however small they may be.
Stage 2 - Assess
Everything we do is built on an assessment. As we like to say “Assess, do not guess.” The assessment will tell us exactly what you need to work on. This is how we find out what you can and cannot do, ensuring your training program never puts you at risk, while simultaneously choosing the correct progression to improve as soon as possible.
Stage 5 - Support
Combining individual online programming with in-person/virtual training sessions is the most effective multifaceted approach to squeeze the most out of your program. You get the face time you need, and we get to deliver programming and accountability between sessions to help you get great results.
We’ll be right there to coach you through your training session, pushing you that bit more than you would on your own. Train and execute movements with confidence knowing your coach will be there to provide you with corrections and technique improvements, getting the most out of every exercise.
Stage 3 - Program
Once you have completed your onboarding and assessment, a video meeting will be scheduled to discuss your program. Together we will strategise the best approach to reaching all of your goals while incorporating daily actions around the principles of MOVE, FUEL & RECHARGE.
You’ll access your daily, individualised training and lifestyle program through the TrueCoach app on your phone. Your coach will provide detailed notes and instructions for your workout.
Stage 6 - Adjust
The program also tracks everything from your measurements to your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made. Every week you will be required to send me specific metrics and feedback for review. I’ll be able to make any modifications and go through any exercises, habits or concerns that you’ve highlighted and need to be addressed.

You can quickly view and log your training sessions and tasks, review past results, post comments, or ask your coach questions all from the free TrueCoach mobile app.
RECEIVE FEEDBACK
Get feedback from your coach on training session you complete. Receive specific tips and advice to help you get more from your training, nutrition and recovery. Gain insight on your exercise technique on any videos you upload.
PROGRESS TRACKING
We make it easy to track exercise history and metrics, so both you and your coach can log results and visualize progress towards specific goals over time.
